Hey, I’m Tom Peacock, and I help busy professionals, high-performers, and everyday people feel strong, pain-free, and confident for life.
But I didn’t start here.
Growing up, I was overweight, shy, unsure of myself, and uncomfortable in my own skin.
When I finally got in shape, I thought everything would click. But instead, I ran into a wave of injuries.
Why?
Because I didn’t know how to train smart. I was doing what most people do - piecing together workouts from the internet, ignoring the pain, and burning out in the process.
It wasn’t until I committed to learning from some of the best coaches in the industry that everything changed. I learned how to train with structure. How to address the root cause of dysfunction. How to program for longevity, not just intensity.
Now, I coach others through the same transformation - but without the years of trial and error.
