A Little About Me
Hey, I’m Tom, a certified coach with over a decade of experience in performance, training, and behaviour change.
But before all of that, I was just a kid who hated how he looked and felt in his own body.
I grew up overweight. I was bullied, insecure, and completely disconnected from anything that felt like confidence or strength. Like many of the people I work with today,
I spent years feeling stuck. No plan, no guidance, and no idea where to start.
Eventually, through trial, error, and a lot of learning the hard way, I found a way forward. Not just physically, but mentally. I built real strength. Not only in my body, but in the way I saw myself. I took control of my health and it changed everything.
And now I want to help you do the same.
A nutritional coach helps you build sustainable eating habits based on your goals, lifestyle, and personal challenges. My role is to guide you through the process of making better food choices, improving your relationship with food, and understanding how to fuel your body. I don’t just tell you what to eat. I teach you how to think about food in a way that supports long-term health, energy, and performance.
