A Little About Me
Hey, I’m Tom, a certified coach with proven results helping people improve their body composition, reduce pain, and build confidence through structured, sustainable weight loss coaching.

But before all of that, I was just a kid who hated how he looked and felt in his own body.
I grew up overweight. I was bullied, anxious, and completely disconnected from anything that resembled strength or overall health. Like many of the people I work with now, I didn’t have a plan.
I didn’t understand nutrition or physical activity. And when I finally lost weight, it didn’t solve everything. I hit a wall: burnout, injuries, and unsustainable habits.
It wasn’t until I stopped chasing quick fixes and started building habits that supported long-term weight loss and full-body health. I improved my strength, my mindset, my eating habits, and my ability to stay consistent under stress.
And now, that’s exactly what I help my clients do.
A nutritional coach helps you build sustainable eating habits based on your goals, lifestyle, and personal challenges. My role is to guide you through the process of making better food choices, improving your relationship with food, and understanding how to fuel your body. I don’t just tell you what to eat. I teach you how to think about food in a way that supports long-term health, energy, and performance.

A nutrition coach focuses more on habit change, education, and ongoing support in a real-life context. Think of a coach as someone in your corner who helps you apply nutrition knowledge in a way that fits your routine, your stress levels, and your long-term goals.
